Pipework

We can offer fabrication and installation in a wide variety of materials and sizes to carry a variety of products including Steam Compressed Air and Water. Our previous contracts include water treatment plants, methane recovery systems, trace heating (electrical and steam) in fact there is very little we haven't done!

Unlike many of our competitors we offer full back up services including supply,  maintenance and fitment of valves, pumps and electrical motors(including fault finding and rewinds).

Maintenence

We have a proven record of capabilities in the routine maintenance, repair and modification on all forms of plant/equipment including steam raising plant and assoiciated equipment. We specialise in repairs to Grates, Ash Dischargers, Feed-tables and all associated plant (Martin type).

Fabrication

Our clients can be assured of the use of quality materials and prompt delivery in the construction of Structural Steelwork, Access walkways, Ladders, Fire escapes, Handrails, Balustrades, Barriers and Storage Vessels.

Welding

We are pleased to offer a comprehensive range of on and off-site welding techniques including MIG, TIG and MMA in all grades of mild steel, stainless steel and Aluminium.

Hydraulics/Pneumatics

We offer a complete design and installation service for all types of systems including modifications to existing systems to meet our customers requirements. We also carry out overhaul and refurbishment of all types of rams, cylinders, hydraulic packs and associated equipment.

Off Site Machining

All aspects of general machining carried out by experienced personnel be it one off or multiple units. Processes include turning, Milling, Grinding and Boring.

Electrical

Our fully qualified personnel are able to design, erect and test all electrical installations to BS7671: 2004. We are also able to offer a fault diagnosis and repair service. We also supply custom made control panels to fulfil a variety of roles e.g. Motor drives, PLC controllers etc.

Refractory

• Installation of hard refractory, brick, concrete (gunned or cast) and mouldables.
• Installation of low density refractory either ceramic fibre (laminar or modular blocks) or sprayed.
• Supply of all refractory materials including stainless steel anchors, cement and adhesives.
• Supply of pre-formed cast refractory blocks to suit application requirements.

Commissioning

On completion of installations/projects we can offer a full and comprehensive commissioning procedure.
